1. Keep operating air pressure steady at 6–8 bar; overpressure operation is forbidden to avoid overload fracture of spindle and vanes.
2. Inject dedicated pneumatic lubricating oil via air inlet before daily use, idle for 2 seconds to fully lubricate internal components.
3. Only use intact grinding bits without cracks; damaged grinding wheels and pins are prohibited to prevent flying fragments at high speed.
4. Safety goggles, dust mask and work gloves must be worn during operation to avoid dust and debris injury.
5. Cut off air supply and wait for full spindle stop before replacing grinding bits or disassembling maintenance.
6. Drain condensed water in pipelines and fill lubricant before long-term storage, store in cool dry ventilated space.
