Pneumatic ratchet wrenches are compact precision air tools powered by compressed air, equipped with precise ratchet gear sets for fast bolt and nut disassembly in narrow spaces, widely applied in auto repair, equipment maintenance and mold assembly. The lightweight integrated die-cast aluminum housing adopts chrome vanadium steel ratchet gears processed by precision milling and integral quenching, featuring tight meshing and outstanding wear resistance. The slim short body can access engine compartments, equipment gaps, chassis blind spots and other narrow areas inaccessible to standard wrenches. The side lever enables quick forward/reverse switching with adjustable segmented torque. It operates without impact vibration to avoid scratches on threads and plated workpieces, generating low heat during continuous operation and reducing hand fatigue after long-time holding.

Material & Fittings Introduction

1. Housing: Integral die-cast aluminum alloy, lightweight, drop-resistant and resistant to engine oil & cleaning agent corrosion, free of deformation and cracking under long-term workshop use.

2. Ratchet Gear Assembly: Precisely milled chrome vanadium steel with integral quenching hardening, anti-slipping and anti-breakage under frequent forward/reverse switching.

3. Air Inlet Joint: Forged brass standard pneumatic connector with excellent sealing performance, air-leakage free, compatible with universal 3/8 air hoses.

4. Anti-Vibration Anti-Slip Grip: Covered with anti-slip rubber to buffer operating vibration and relieve arm soreness from long-time work.

Standard Technical Specifications

Square Drive Sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" three universal drive heads

Torque Range

1/4" Mini Model: 5–60 N·m

3/8" Standard Model: 12–100 N·m

1/2" Industrial Model: 25–140 N·m

No-Load Speed: 180–350 RPM, stable low-speed output to protect precision threads

Standard Air Consumption: 65–125 L/min (2.3–4.4 CFM), matched with 6–8 bar air compressors

Compatible Bolt Sizes

1. 1/4": M3~M10, for precision instruments, small home appliances and miniature hardware assemblies

2. 3/8": M6~M14, for automotive interior parts, engine accessories and medium-small equipment maintenance

3. 1/2": M8~M18, for chassis small fasteners, pipe clamps and medium mechanical connectors

Key Advantages

1. Ultra-thin slim body fits narrow gaps and blind spots, solving working limits of conventional impact wrenches.

2. Smooth pure ratchet transmission without impact force, preventing thread stripping and damage to workpiece plating during tightening & loosening.

3. Side lever supports one-hand forward/reverse switching without adjusting tool angle to boost disassembly & assembly efficiency.

4. Wear-resistant alloy ratchet gears with universal spare parts, lowering long-term maintenance costs.

5. Low air consumption design allows multiple air tools to work simultaneously under the same air source and reduce compressor load.

6. Lightweight low-vibration structure effectively reduces hand fatigue during all-day continuous maintenance work.

Application Scenarios

Automotive engine overhaul, fastener disassembly in narrow chassis areas, interior panel fixing, internal maintenance of engineering machinery, mold disassembly & commissioning, household appliance repair, pipe clamp installation, hardware mold processing, precision instrument assembly.

Precautions

1. Keep operating air pressure stable at 6–8 bar; operation over 8 bar is forbidden to prevent gear tooth fracture caused by overload.

2. Inject dedicated pneumatic lubricating oil through the air inlet before daily work, and idle for 3 seconds to fully lubricate internal gear sets.

3. Only use intact standard sockets of matched sizes; cracked or deformed sockets are prohibited to prevent slipping injury and bolt damage.

4. Wear work gloves during operation, firmly fix workpieces before activating the tool to avoid collision risks from rotating parts.

5. Drain condensed water from pipelines and fill lubricant for storage before long-term idle, store in cool, dry and ventilated environment.
